Prayers in the morning is a great way to start the day, as it give us a direct link to God before the distractions and demands of life set in. Through the morning prayers, there is alignment in the spirit with the will of God, inviting His presence, guidance, and protection over everything done throughout the day. Personally, I have found that if I don’t spend time with God in the morning, my day is chaotic, full of diverse focus, and filled with unnecessary stress and I believe that every individual has their own way of expression.
